NudgeWinQuote follow-up software

Practical guide for tradies

How to follow up a quote without sounding pushy.

Good quote follow-up is not repeated pressure. It is a short, useful sequence that confirms receipt, removes friction and gives the customer an easy way to respond.

1. Follow up while the quote is still fresh

A first follow-up the next business day is usually about delivery, not selling: confirm the quote arrived and ask whether anything needs clarification.

2. Give each message a reason to exist

Avoid sending the same “just checking in” message repeatedly. Use the second touch to answer questions or remove uncertainty, then make the final touch brief and easy to close.

3. Stop when the customer has decided

A follow-up sequence should stop when the customer replies, accepts, declines, the quote expires or the opportunity is otherwise closed. Continuing after that point damages trust.

A simple Day 1 / Day 3 / Day 7 pattern

Day 1

Confirm receipt and offer help.

Day 3

Clarify scope, timing or questions.

Day 7

Send a final polite close-the-loop message.

Automate the process without losing the human tone

NudgeWin applies this focused sequence to quotes you have already sent, while keeping sender identity, timing, reply handling and message templates under the business's control.
