Privacy notice
This notice describes how NudgeWin handles personal information in the current pre-launch service. Operator identity and final contact details must be completed before live launch.
Last updated 11 August 2026.
Status and operator
The legal operator name has not yet been published because NudgeWin is still in pre-launch testing.
A public privacy and support contact address will be published before live launch.
Information we handle
NudgeWin may hold account names and email addresses; workspace and sender settings; customer names, email addresses and optional phone numbers entered by a workspace user; quote references, titles, values and status; follow-up scheduling, delivery and response records; billing identifiers and subscription status; and technical or security logs.
NudgeWin does not need full payment-card details. Payment details are handled by Stripe in the billing flow.
Why we use information
We use information to provide authentication, workspace administration, quote tracking, automated follow-up delivery, reply and delivery-status handling, billing, fraud and security controls, support, troubleshooting and service improvement.
Workspace users are responsible for ensuring that customer contact details and communications they enter into NudgeWin are collected and used lawfully.
Service providers and overseas processing
NudgeWin currently relies on Railway for application hosting and database storage, Resend for email delivery, and Stripe for subscription billing. Those providers may process information using infrastructure outside Australia.
Before live launch, this notice will be updated with overseas disclosure information where it is practicable to specify relevant countries.
Access, correction and deletion
Account holders can update workspace settings in the product. Requests to access, correct or delete other personal information will be handled through the published support contact once live support is activated.
Self-service account deletion is not yet available in the pre-launch build. Workspace records are currently retained until they are removed through an administrative process or are no longer required.
Security
We use access controls, authenticated sessions, provider webhook verification and other technical safeguards intended to protect service data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Complaints and changes
Once the public support contact is activated, privacy complaints can be submitted there and will be reviewed and responded to. This notice will be updated when NudgeWin's operator details, production infrastructure or information-handling practices change.
Where Australian privacy law and the Australian Privacy Principles apply, NudgeWin intends to manage personal information consistently with those requirements.
