Terms of service
These are pre-launch terms for the NudgeWin test environment. They are not the final production customer contract and will be replaced before live commercial launch.

Current service status
NudgeWin is currently a sandbox and evaluation service. Stripe billing is locked to test mode and outbound email is restricted to sandbox recipients. No live customer charging or unrestricted production email is authorised by this build.
The legal operator identity must be published before production launch.
Business use
NudgeWin is designed for trades and local service businesses to manage quotes and automate follow-up communications. Users must provide accurate account and business information and keep their login credentials secure.
Customer communications
Users are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis to contact each customer and that messages identify the relevant business accurately. NudgeWin must not be used with purchased, scraped or unrelated marketing lists.
Users must respect replies and opt-out requests. NudgeWin's system unsubscribe control is designed to stop future automated quote follow-ups for an opted-out customer.
Billing and plans
Displayed plan prices are currently exercised only through Stripe's sandbox. Final production billing terms, taxes, renewal rules and refund terms will be published before live charging is enabled.
In the current product design, cancellation can be scheduled through the Stripe customer portal and access continues until the applicable billing period ends unless a subscription is ended immediately in the sandbox.
Acceptable use
You must not use NudgeWin to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited messages; interfere with service security; access another workspace without permission; or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or a third party's rights.
Availability and responsibility
The pre-launch service may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn while testing continues. NudgeWin does not guarantee that follow-ups will recover revenue or convert a quote into a job.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Third-party services
NudgeWin depends on third-party infrastructure and service providers including Railway, Resend and Stripe. Their availability and separate terms may affect features of the service.

A public support address and final production terms will be published before live launch.
The final production terms will identify the legal contracting party and will be reviewed for Australian consumer and small-business contract requirements before commercial use.
